Your role

If you join as a Promoter at Caldbeck Macgregor Malaysia, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

1. Actively promote the company’s products to consumers in retail outlets.
2. Build good relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Achieve the monthly sales targets assigned to you.
4. Ensure good and prominent product display in outlets.
5. Collect customer feedback and monitor market trends, including competitor activities, reporting findings to your supervisor.
6. Participate in training sessions to develop relevant technical and professional skills.
7. Receive support and guidance from your assigned mentor.
8. Develop leadership qualities through our supportive environment.

Our training program includes practical experience in retail, product knowledge enhancement (wine regions, varietals, tasting notes, food pairings), and workshops to improve sales and communication skills. Mentorship from experienced staff will support your growth.

About you
