The position requires Malaysian citizenship, physical fitness, and the ability to stand for long periods. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided, with shifts in the late afternoon to night and potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels by delivery areas, routes, hubs, destinations, or instructions
• Handle parcels physically (lift, carry, move, stack)
• Load/unload parcels from cages, pallets, trolleys, trucks or zones
• Arrange parcels neatly to support smooth workflow
• Check parcel labels and sorting accuracy before moving to next stage
• Support movement of goods across warehouse zones for timely fulfilment
• Assist parcel processing and other tasks as assigned by operations
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline and safety in the work area
• Meet attendance, productivity, teamwork and performance expectations in a fast-paced sortation centre
