Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Good communication and ability to work with a team.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in warehouse environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming goods against delivery documentation.
• Organising and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking and packing orders to fulfil customer requests.
• Labelling packages and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Maintaining records of inventory movements and warehouse transactions.
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely.
• Supporting the team to keep a clean, organised and safe workspace.
• Liaising with drivers and logistics coordinators for timely collection and delivery of goods.
• Reporting discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
