Location: AEON Wellness, Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Age Group: 30 – 40 years old
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service, retail/ beauty products, or related fields

We are looking for an experienced and personable Beauty Advisor to represent a trusted skincare and bodycare brand from Hong Kong, at AEON Wellness Bukit Indah. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about beauty, wellness, and building meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Joseristine products in-store and educate customers on skincare solutions.

Demonstrate deep product knowledge, including ingredients and application methods.

Maintain neat and attractive merchandising displays including arranging stocks and place order from head office based in KL.

Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.

Support light errands around Johor Bahru when needed during emergencies.

Requirements:

Female, aged between 30–40 years old

Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service, retail/ beauty products, or related fields

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)

Based in Johor Bahru with own transport

Friendly, responsible, self-motivated and passionate about skincare and wellness

Basic Salary: RM2,300 per month

Commission: 5% on all sales

Public Holiday Pay: Double pay for 11 public holidays

Earnings Potential: Up to RM4,000/month (with commission + holiday pay)

Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS
