Job summary

TESS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to turn ideas into real, working applications across web and mobile. You’ll write clean code and collaborate with designers and project leads to deliver quality solutions.

Requirements: 2–3 years in full-stack development, backend in Node.js or PHP, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and exposure to React Native or Flutter. Optional hybrid after probation; salary RM4,000–RM8,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in full-stack development with a solid portfolio.
• Strong backend skills in Node.js or PHP and database experience (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions, develop, and maintain full-stack web or mobile apps
• Write scalable, clean, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers, project leads, and other developers to deliver solutions
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and version control (Git)
• Support integration with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Continuously improve workflows and explore emerging technologies
• Mentor juniors and contribute to internal code standards (if experienced)
