As a Full Stack Lead at Zurich Malaysia, you will be a vital part of our new Operations Excellence and Automation team. Job Description:

1. Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs.
2. Conducting internal testing and evaluating new programs/functions.
3. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and developing these modifications.
4. Writing and implementing efficient code following industry best practices.
5. Assessing operational practicality.
6. Developing quality assurance procedures.
7. Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics.
8. Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
9. Training users.
10. Collaborating with other developers, business analysts, and systems analysts.
11. Documenting changes and maintaining documentation for archiving.
12. Willing to work extra hours when needed.
13. Possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience.

You are required to be hands-on (minimum 80%) and possess technical skills including, but not limited to:

1. Experience developing web applications using MVC5 with ASP.NET 4.7.2 and above or .NET Core 3.1 and above.
2. Proficiency in C#.
3. SQL database normalization and table structuring.
4. Experience with stored procedure scripting.
5. UI design with Bootstrap, CSS 3.
6. Development experience with RESTful API & Web API.
7. Experience working within an Agile DevOps framework.
