Job summary

FileAI is seeking a capable full-stack engineer to design, build, and deploy features for a SaaS platform. You will work across frontend and backend technologies, building scalable APIs and integrations while ensuring performance and security best practices.

You will collaborate with customers during onboarding and translate their needs into product roadmap insights, contributing to maintainable, high-quality code in production environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software design and development, both frontend and backend
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, workflows, and integration needs
• Design, develop, and deploy full stack features and customizations using modern frameworks
• Build scalable APIs, integrations, and front-end experiences that extend our SaaS platform
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code in production environments
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers during onboarding and implementation
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
• Partner with the product team to translate customer needs into product roadmap insights
