Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience in web development, RPA and AI-driven automation technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Sage X3 and Exact; basic setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Docker containerization and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or similar cloud services.
• Experience in Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
• AI/ML integration via APIs or services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
• Manage backend infrastructure with Docker and AWS.
• Design and integrate RPA and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for ERP systems like Sage X3 and Exact.
• Optimize database operations and application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliable solutions.
• Coordinate with ERP leads to update tools and systems.
• Log and track support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards during tasks.
• Report and mitigate risks related to system operations.
