Job summary

Job description

We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to design and build secure, scalable web applications that power AI-enabled digital solutions. If you love building responsive interfaces, integrating complex backend systems, and bringing intelligent features to life, this role is for you.

You'll work across the entire stack, frontend to backend to AI services & translating business needs into production-ready solutions. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who's comfortable with full ownership, rapid problem-solving, and delivering user-centric applications.

This is a fixed-term contract role, 12 months engagement.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and implement responsive, accessible web applications that support AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions

Develop and integrate backend APIs using Java/Spring Boot or .NET (C#) to connect frontend applications with AI services, data sources, and platform components

Translate business and operational requirements into solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans

Support integration of AI-enabled capabilities such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt workflows, and AI agents into applications

Implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs to support business-critical and citizen-facing applications

Support application testing to assess usability, reliability, performance, accessibility, and security

Work with DevOps, security, data, and platform teams to deploy solutions securely on cloud environments (AWS and others)

Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization across frontend, backend, integration, and AI service layers

Participate in code reviews, CI/CD activities, security reviews, and Agile delivery ceremonies

What We're Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related IT field

2-3 years of hands-on software development experience, including full-stack applications, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions

Strong backend development experience using Java/Spring Boot, .NET (C#), or equivalent technologies

Programming experience in Python, with familiarity in scripting, automation, API development, testing, or AI/ML integrations

Good understanding of secure application development, data protection, responsible AI, privacy, and access control

Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or other enterprise cloud platforms

Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar tools for version control and CI/CD pipeline management

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across frontend, backend, integration, and infrastructure layers

Good communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus

Experience with AWS AI/ML services or similar cloud-native AI platforms

Exposure to DevSecOps, secure development platforms, or enterprise monitoring/log analytics tools

Familiarity with rapid application development platforms

Experience with service design, user research, or user-centric development approaches

Strong Agile and collaborative environment experience

Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Figma, Miro)
