Job summary

CoinWorldCap is seeking an AI Product Engineer to design and scale backend systems and AI-assisted workflows for fintech applications. You will focus on high-concurrency architectures, distributed services, and robust data pipelines with Go or Java/Node.js, while ensuring reliable API access and secure integrations.

You will partner with AI agents to accelerate prototyping, maintain cloud pipelines, and optimize overall system performance from data storage to deployment.

Profile: We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to build next-generation Fintech applications. This role sits at the intersection of full-stack development and AI-assisted execution — going well beyond “vibe-coding.” You will leverage LLM coding agents as core productivity drivers, moving fast while maintaining a clear understanding of why and how code should be written. This role heavily leans toward core distributed backend architecture while maintaining enough full-stack versatility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices using Golang (or Java/Node.js).
• Build and secure RESTful/WebSocket APIs for frontend consumers and third-party integrations.
• Optimize database performance (MySQL/Redis) for distribution systems.
• Implement and maintain message-driven data pipelines using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with AI agents to accelerate architectural prototyping, boilerplate generation, and root-cause analysis.
• Provide critique to core infrastructure layout, multi-threading logic, and cloud deployment pipelines.

Your Skills:

• Track record of shipping real backend-heavy or full-stack products in production environments.
• Eye for product: you care how backend data efficiency and stability impact ultimate user experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-concurrency, multi-threading, and core data structures.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to translate unclear system requirements into concrete architectural steps.
• Strong backend skills (Golang preferred, Java, or Node.js) and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Nice to Have:

• Proven experience setting up AI-driven workflows (Claude Code, Codex) for complex infrastructure management.
• Experience optimizing cloud-native environments or building automated monitoring systems.
