We are seeking a highly motivated Fullstack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain core features and infrastructure that power our innovative products. You will play a critical role in shaping our technology stack and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

What you'll do

• Engineer and manage multi-tenant backend services ensuring atomic, scalable, and efficient database interactions with real-time responsiveness where applicable.
• Construct scalable and efficient RESTful APIs for robust client-server interactions.
• Debug, optimize, and perform performance tuning applications, adhering to best practices for security and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers on technical specifications and implementation details.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of Fullstack experience.
• Proficiency in React and Node.js frameworks such as Next.js and NestJS.
• Knowledge of working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, etc.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps platforms such as GitHub, experience with CI/CD workflows, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Understanding of data security, authentication, and API security best practices.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teammates.
• Experience with containerization such as Docker.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform.
• Experience with Elixir, especially with the Phoenix Framework.
• Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and enabling others to thrive.
