RIDIK PTE. LTD. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Full Stack Developer for an on-site, hybrid role with strong growth potential. You will build and maintain full-stack applications in the insurance domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

We expect 5+ years of experience with React/Angular/Vue.js and Java/Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js, plus REST APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD. Cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus and health insurance is provided as a benefit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient with React/Angular/Vue.js and Java/Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, and CI/CD.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Agile development lifecycle and methodology understanding.
• Insurance/InsurTech domain experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications supporting insurance business processes.
• Build responsive front-end applications and scalable back-end services/APIs.
• Integrate applications with internal systems, insurance platforms, and third-party services.
• Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications across development and production environments.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with React/Angular/Vue.js and Java/Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
• Insurance or InsurTech domain experience is highly preferred, particularly in policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, or payments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
