You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, and guiding junior developers. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, particularly in building consumer-facing applications, while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Responsible for requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, and unit testing of software.
Work independently in a multi-functional distributed team to craft software based on specifications and development standards.
Understand business needs, analyze workflows, and carry out integrations across different sub-system components.
Guide junior developers by conducting code reviews and mentoring sessions.
Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and software design patterns.
Ensure application performance, uptime, and security through monitoring and testing strategies.
Manage database design, optimization, and data integrity.
Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
3-7 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in front-end and backend development for consumer- facing applications, including websites and mobile devices.
Proficiency in frontend technologies like React, Vue, or Svelte with strong UI/UX best practices.
Strong database knowledge in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of authentication & security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption, etc.).
Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
(Optional) Basic experience in Python/PyTorch.
