Job description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Full Set Account and Account Assistant. Preference will be given to Chinese candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the full set of accounts, including preparation and maintenance of accounting records

Perform clerical duties related to accounting and assist with related administrative support

Assist in daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and record keeping

Compile and prepare documents for payment processing, such as supplier invoices, employee expenses, claims, and monthly expenses

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Provide support for general office administration related to accounting functions and act as backup for the Administrator when required

Multitask and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Follow up and report to the superior on urgent matters and operational issues related to accounting

Undertake any other duties assigned by the superior as required

Job Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in full set accounting or related fields

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Required languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

Preference given to Chinese candidates

Disciplined, responsible, patient, and trustworthy with a pleasant personality
