Fulfilment Executive (E-Commerce)

Salary:

RM2,200 – RM2,500 per month

Working Hours:

6 days/week | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

About the Role:

We are an e-commerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfilment Executive to join our operations team in Ipoh Garden, Ipoh. In this role, you will be at the heart of our order fulfilment process—making sure that every parcel gets picked, packed, and delivered on time. If you're organized, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack daily online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, count, shelve, and store incoming goods.
• Perform stock-in and stock-out activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Plan storage space and organize stock layout for easy access and space efficiency.
• Handle and update daily incoming and return parcels through our e-commerce system.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• SPM qualification with at least a Credit in English.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Adaptable, dependable, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
• High level of discipline and self-motivation.
• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfilment, inventory management, or warehousing is an added advantage.
