Job description

Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a graduate training programme offerred in collaboration with Bank Negara Malaysia. It is an intensive graduate training programme designed to jump-start your career in the financial services industry. CGC Malaysia Berhad is committed to continue its intake of this FSTEP trainee programme.

The training programme helps fresh graduates jump-start their career in the financial services industry through a 3-month period of comprehensive and interactive classroom training followed by a 9-month period of on-the-job training with the respective sponsoring financial institutions. Next intake will be commencing on 30 September 2024.

As CGC is embarking towards digital transformation with greater emphasis on data, the search of the FSTEP talent is to propel building this competency.

Programme requirement:

• We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team in areas including Information Technology, Risk Management, Finance, Business Transformation, and Strategic Management.
• Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Business Administration / Mathematics / Actuarial /Finance / Economics (with a minimum CGPA of 3.50).
• Malaysian citizen
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
