Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement across digital banking platforms (mobile app, internet banking, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs such as active users, session frequency, feature adoption, drop-off rates, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and CX teams to optimize digital journeys and campaigns
- Support personalization initiatives using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data
- Perform A/B testing and provide recommendations to improve digital features and content
- Perform analysis from reports using tools like Online Analytics or Qlik
- Stay updated on digital banking trends, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Drive rewards usage using the value propositions to digital users.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any field from a reputable university or college.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Possess excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with sound judgement.
- Highly motivated individual who takes initiative and works well independently or in a team environment.
- Experience in banking/financial industry would be advantageous but not essential.
