Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive / Associate to join our Controllership team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong accounting foundation, who are eager to take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to the financial integrity of our business operations. Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support audit requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Support finance-related communication in different markets where Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Prepare financial documents and correspondence in Mandarin, where required, ensuring high standards of written and verbal communication
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in an auditing firm is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
