About the Job

Company Background

We represent a client that is a developer, owner, and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe. As they expand, they are seeking multiple candidates (40 positions) for their 5-star resort in Macau.

Available Positions:

• Front Operations Attendant - Salary from MOP16,000 (~RM8,700)
• Guest Relations Ambassador - Salary from MOP20,000 (~RM10,850)
• Welcome Ambassador - Salary from MOP18,000 (~RM9,780)
• Executive Floor - Salary from MOP17,700 (~RM9,600)

Job Requirements:

• New graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
• Internship experience in a 5-star hotel/resort is an advantage
• SPM candidates with 5-star hotel/resort experience are encouraged to apply
• Languages: English and Chinese (required for business)
• Willing to be based in Macau
• Presentable with good customer service skills

Job Details:

• Face-to-face interviews will be held in Kuala Lumpur (date and time TBC)
• Working hours: 48 hours per week
• Annual leave: 15 days
• Work visa provided by the client
• Pre- and post-assignment travel provided
• Short-term accommodation upon arrival (1 week)
