Position: Front Office Executive

As our Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Managing and assisting the front desk/reception during peak hours.
  3. Handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary.
  4. Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
  5. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  6. Supporting other departments with clerical and coordination tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  2. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  3. Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment.
  7. Professional appearance and attitude.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Organized and self-motivated mindset.
  10. Has a can-do attitude.
  11. Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
