Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with Mechatronics/Mechanical preferred.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor Front-of-Line (FOL) processes.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering tasks and support production to meet KPIs.
• Conduct verifications and manage process fallout dispositions.
• Perform wafer data collection (WAT, SEM, SIM).
• Follow up on Special Build Requests and compile summaries for process engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize resources.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
