About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Of House Team Member to join our growing team at AiLOAF Bakery & Cafe' in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking orders and processing payments efficiently
3. Providing recommendations on food and drinks
4. Keeping the front-of-house area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
5. Assisting with table service and clearing tables
6. Maintaining a positive attitude and supporting a collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Experience in customer service or hospitality
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
4. Interest in food and the hospitality industry
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
