B Hotel Kuala Lumpur marks our inaugural venture, setting the standard as a Designer Boutique Hotel, pioneering this category in the region. Our overarching vision is to establish a distinguished hotel chain within this unique niche.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Responsible recent graduate or experienced boutique hotel professional with a genuine interest in hotel operations and a commitment to maintaining smooth hotel functioning.
  • Relevant experience in hotel reception or customer service, such as in homestay or other accommodation services.
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant industry or field is preferred.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins, handle reservations and inquiries, address complaints, process payments, and maintain lobby cleanliness. Represent the hotel's hospitality standards to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.
  • Perform operational tasks as assigned by the management team.
  • Master the in-house hotel management system and ensure all figures tally at the end of each shift.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
