About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team at Dormeo Destinations Sdn Bhd in our Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur office. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handling inquiries, bookings and reservations in a timely and efficient manner
Managing the reception area and ensuring it is neat and organised at all times
Providing administrative support, such as handling correspondence, filing and data entry
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining a high level of customer service and problem-solving skills
What we're looking for
With the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both Mandarin and English.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred, but candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine desire to help others
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required
