Company Description

WORQ is a flexible-office and community company with products in coworking spaces, a community app, and enterprise solutions. We aim to grow our offerings to better serve and innovate the real estate market. As an industry innovation firm, WORQ is a venture capital-backed startup invested by Cradle, 500 Start-Ups, Phillip Capital, Space Matrix (a sister company of Jungle Ventures), as well as private investors from Goldman Sachs and Temasek. We have won 5 awards, including being voted the Best Coworking Space of Malaysia by the Malaysia Rice Bowl Startup Awards in 2017, and other accolades in 2018 and 2019. With over 281 companies housed in 100,000 sqft of space, we foster collaboration on a scale unprecedented in Malaysian entrepreneurship history.

Our sustainable growth has attracted continued VC support, including a third round of financing amidst COVID-19, with backing from seven follow-on investors. Our risk management is endorsed by six major Malaysian banks, passing stringent risk tests. With a strong foundation, WORQ is poised to capitalize on the fast-growing flexible office market to realize our vision of making people prosper by working together.
