Job Description
  1. Front-desk management and facility management:
    • Greet potential and existing members, assisting with queries.
    • Support the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager with inquiries via phone and email.
    • Ensure all visitors are signed in according to WORQ’s guest policy using iPad registration.
    • Handle documents and packages for members, distributing them accordingly.
    • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
    • Cover the front desk during operational hours and as required.
    • Learn and remember members’ and guests’ names to foster community.
    • Anticipate and address members’ and guests’ needs proactively.
    • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
    • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, wayfinding, and community etiquette.
  2. Building Management and Operation:
    • Prepare event spaces and assist with logistics.
    • Keep building-specific forms updated.
  3. Community Engagement and Events:
    • Register new members and guests, maintaining the member database.
    • Act as an ambassador by guiding guests around our space and promoting WORQ’s innovative environment in Malaysia.
  4. Additional Tasks: Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
