What is your mission?
Public Relations Management - As a FDA (Front Desk Ambassador), one is expected to have a professional appearance and demeanor. Guide & Welcome the visitor at the front desk.
Events Management - Familiarizing with the relevant details of each event and its subsequent on-ground activation.
Facilities Management - Scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities, including partnering with the relevant subject matter experts to ensure a well and safe office environment for our colleagues and visitors.
Project Management - Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, purchasing, research, etc.)
Who are we looking for ?
Preferable with working experience in hospitality: Front Desk / Reception – Hotel & Resorts, Premium Residences, Commercial Properties, Entertainment, Malls, Spa, Retailers, Event Management Promoters / Coordinators, Premium Coach’s Conductors, etc..
Fresh graduates (Sabah & Sarawak) are encouraged to apply.
Open for local Malaysian.
Possess good telephone etiquette and pleasant disposition and personality, committed and with good work ethics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
