Job description

Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English and Mandarin (this is the primary requirement, as half of our guests come from China and the other half from around the world).

Applicants: Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

Personal qualities: Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a focus on excellence in customer service.

Adaptability: Able to adapt to change, pivot, and find alternative solutions, demonstrating capability in meeting new challenges.

Experience: Understand the differences between working in a hospital and in hospitality.

Additional qualities: Common sense, able to walk straight with two eyes and two legs.

Responsibilities include:
