• Identify key operational and functional gaps, improvement opportunities, and commercial strategies across various logistics legs.
• Design, lead, and project manage high-impact initiatives from ideation and analysis to rollout and implementation.
• Analyse operational and business data to model scenarios, monitor performance, and evaluate trade-offs between speed, scalability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to support performance monitoring, capability building, and decision-making.
• Prepare data-driven proposals, business cases, and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all logistics functions to drive alignment, ensure smooth execution, and achieve sustainable business outcomes.
