Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A Process Staff Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance, and providing technical expertise to resolve process-related issues. This role often acts as a key support to engineering leadership. The engineer will be assigned to work on specific processes such as WDMCL, SMD, PSC, Cassette Washer, OSA, or Auto titrator, focusing on yield, cost, quality, and PPH improvement, and will handle customer feedback related to these processes. Responsibilities may shift based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Material Science Engineering, or Physics.

PREFERRED

  • Experience or knowledge in Media Cleaning or OSA equipment is an advantage.
