Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Coach team members in Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques using DMAIC/DMADV methodologies.
  2. Organize and facilitate workshops to identify opportunities and projects, and coach teams to meet project goals.
  3. Coordinate Small Group Activities, Team Excellence initiatives, and project competitions.
  4. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training and provide consulting to other departments on tool application.
  6. Monitor, coach, and certify Lean Six Sigma candidates to achieve departmental goals.
  7. Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitation.
  8. Report on KPIs related to Lean Six Sigma to foster a continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Fresh Graduate or 1 year of working experience.
Skills
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Expert, Green Belt, or equivalent certification or experience with a proven record.
