Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team in the Business Process Management & System Projects function. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on process improvement initiatives, digital transformation, and system implementation projects that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Essential Duties And Responsibilites
- Assist in mapping, analyzing, and documenting current business processes using BPM tools and techniques.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in the design and development of future state processes aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business users during project planning and execution.
- Support the implementation and testing of new systems, including gathering requirements, preparing user documentation, and conducting user training.
- Assist in tracking project progress, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Participate in change management and communication activities to support adoption of new processes and systems.
- Stay up to date with BPM trends, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any Engineering related.
Preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
Skills
- Basic understanding of business processes and systems.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) and project management software is a plus.
- Data analytics & basic programming skills.
