Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline inventory management processes and provide senior management with performance visibility.
  • Analyze data, identify improvements, and implement solutions for inventory control, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Planners, and Procurement.
  • Participate in ERP/Systems/Database evaluation and implementation, working with process owners and system consultants to drive efficiency.
  • Manage reporting accuracy, conduct gap analysis, and lead automation initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
  • Provide team leadership, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and representing inventory management in internal and external audit programs.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and data analysis tools to handle daily operations and ad-hoc requests effectively.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Degree in Business Analytics management/Supply Chain Management/Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science

Preferred

  • Capability of handling multiple priorities, ability to concentrate, cope with stress. Use independent judgment to accomplish results, adapt to stay alert in business environment and ability to deal with people.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word/Excel /PowerPoint.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with external/internal clients required.
  • Excellent attention to details.

Skills

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python etc.).
  • Knowledge ERP application such as Oracle/SAP a plus.
