Job summary

Kuubiik Studio is seeking a freelance videographer to shoot social-first video on location around [City], with no fixed hours. You’ll direct founders, staff and creators, keep shoots lean, and ensure authentic on-camera performances.

Qualifications

• Solid experience shooting social-first video for brands.
• Confidence directing real people, not actors.
• Fluency in local language(s) and English for directing and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Shoot vertical, social-first video including talking heads and street/interview formats.
• Direct non-actors on camera; coach delivery and ease.
• Plan light shoots with simple shot lists and hooks.
• Collaborate with editor and account team to ensure test-ready outputs.
• Maintain UGC-authentic but polished look with good light and audio.
• Adapt formats to each brand and stay current with TikTok/Reels trends.
• Review performance and iterate on next shoots.
