Freelance Remote Content Creator Personal Assistant

I’m a rising actress and content creator building a presence across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. I’m looking for a sharp, reliable assistant to work alongside me remotely someone who’s excited to support casting submissions, brand outreach, and content scheduling in real time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be close to the entertainment, influencer, and creative world, while building solid skills in admin, communication, and digital tools.

Job scope:

Submit to casting calls and brand opportunities using provided materials

Reach out to casting directors, agencies, and brands via email/DM

Track submissions and follow-ups

Organize casting decks, headshots, reels, and pitch files

Schedule and cross-post short-form videos to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

Track content progress (what needs to be filmed)

Help with light admin work

Don’t worry- I’ll provide the ideas, directions, and templates. Your role is to follow through, stay organized, and communicate in real time.

Who This Is Perfect For:

Someone looking to earn extra income from home

Strong in written English (Preferably Chinese as bonus)

Resourceful in finding ways ti complete tasks

Detail-oriented, organized, and loves crossing tasks off a list

Knows how to prompt and craft email with AI tools

Working Hours

3 hours per day, 5 days a week

present online during working hours, as we’ll be coordinating tasks in real time.

We’ll agree on a set daily time
