Project Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced freelance customer insights specialist to help analyse and extract actionable insights from an ongoing survey targeting our existing homebuyers.

The survey (25 questions, mix of MCQ and open-ended) is designed to understand:

Brand Perception

Repurchase Intent

Content & Communication Preferences

Digital Experience Touchpoints

The survey is live and will close on 27 July, targeting 500–600 respondents (may increase slightly).

What You'll Do

Analyse quantitative data from the survey (persona segmentation provided)

Thematically code and analyse open-ended responses

Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities

Present findings in a clear, visually engaging slide deck or report

Summary deck (approx. 25–35 slides) with charts, insights, and strategic takeaways

Persona-based insights breakdown

1x presentation walkthrough (internal stakeholders)

Timeline:

Survey closes: 27 Jul

Data & Briefing to be given by: 4 Aug – 5 Aug

Final report delivery: by 15 Aug

What We're Looking For

4–10 years’ experience in consumer or brand research (freelance or agency background welcome)

Comfortable with quant + qual data analysis

Strong experience or previous experience in property or real estate category is preferred

Able to synthesize insights and connect them to marketing, brand, product and digital strategy

Proficient in creating presentation-ready reporting (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
