Freelance Brand Partnerships Manager (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Freelance Brand Partnerships Manager to help secure sponsorships and brand collaborations for our growing podcast brands, Dari Studio and Leggo FC.

Overview

As a Partnerships Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and secure sponsorship deals and brand partnerships. This is a commission-based freelance role, ideal for someone with experience in media sales, sponsorship, or brand partnerships who is excited about the podcast and digital media space.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and reach out to potential sponsors and brand partners.

  • Develop creative sponsorship packages tailored to podcast audiences.

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.

  • Maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure satisfaction and potential renewals.

  • Collaborate with the production team to integrate sponsorships smoothly into content.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in sponsorship, advertising sales, or brand partnerships.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

  • Existing network of brand/agency contacts is a plus.

  • Interest in podcasts, entertainment, and/or football culture is preferred.

Compensation
  • This is a commission-based role.

  • You will receive 20%-25% of every sponsorship deal secured (negotiable, based on experience and industry standards).
