You will have an opportunity to handle and address fraud or non-compliance queries, collaborating with stakeholders to safeguard the site against malicious activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in an analyst or customer-facing role, with a strong passion for problem-solving, engaging with customers, learning about fraud prevention and risk mitigation, and actively contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Actively identify fraudulent or non-compliant advertisements and accounts.
  • Analyze and manage alerts generated by detection tools.
  • Offer recommendations for continuous improvement of detection rules.
  • Identify emerging fraud trends and provide suggestions for risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of identity theft, fraud, and industry risk trends is a plus.
  • Experience working within a team in a medium to large enterprise is required.
  • A passion for security and a customer-focused approach are key to success.
  • Experience in querying data from multiple sources.
