The Senior FP&A Analyst will lead the Shared Services FP&A team, working across ASEAN entities and the APAC Regional. The person will be responsible for performing high-level regional activities like preparing strategic plans, budgeting, and periodic forecasting, preparing performance reports for management/ Ingredion APAC Leadership, and carrying out business analyses as per the Ingredion corporate as well as Ingredion APAC leadership requirements.
- Lead team members to work on all FP&A requirements spanning ASEAN entities
- Collaborate closely with regional FP&A to align on strategic requirements, data needs, and process management
- Review country-level deliverables (forecasts, reports, etc.) and compile regional-level first drafts
- Refine regional-level deliverables in close collaboration with the regional FP&A team
- Fulfill periodic and ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements as per the APAC Leadership's needs
- Collaborate with regional FP&A team daily to manage progress, identify and solve for risks through stakeholder management
- Communicate updates/progress to SSC and country-wise senior leadership frequently
- Prepare periodic performance reports to discuss with SSC and business leadership
- Maintain defined KPIs and adhere to SLAs, and establish a channel for risk management
- Mentor and guide the team to carry out day-to-day roles and responsibilities and ensure seamless delivery
- Ensure standardization in process execution and error-free delivery across the entities
- Oversee employee upskilling through regular training programs

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree/ Professional Qualification in finance with a minimum of 5-6 years of FP&A experience and at least two years of Managerial experience
- Detailed working knowledge of SAP BW and SAP BPC, and proven expertise in MS Office
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau will be preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset with stakeholder management skills will be preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, a wide variety of stakeholders, and deliver consistent results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work in a team environment, build consensus, and foster positive relationships
