FP&A Manager (Based in Singapore) - Construction Background

Oversee full-spectrum finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Manage progressive billing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project timelines and contract terms.

Supervise and ensure compliance in all taxation matters including GST, corporate tax, and withholding tax.

Lead lease asset management, ensuring proper capitalization, amortization, and alignment with relevant accounting standards.

Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions and improve financial performance.

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Implement and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to strengthen the finance function.

Requirements:

• Currently at a Manager level, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• CPA qualification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in the construction industry is a must.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with progressive billing, taxation, and lease asset management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in financial systems and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
