Job Description

Your main job responsibilities will include;



  • Lead the financial planning process to support operational and strategic goals.


  • Partner with FBPs and CoEs to deliver insightful, efficient, and timely management reporting and forecasts.


  • Develop strategic business insights, enabling transparency and identifying performance gaps.


  • Oversee the development of balanced scorecard reporting and strategic KPIs.


  • Drive the production of annual budgets and regular financial forecasts.


  • Contribute to strategic company-wide reporting for senior leadership.


  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting systems.


  • Provide proactive analytical support to guide key business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally have;



  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or accounting functions.


  • Proven team leadership and experience in managing finance teams in a Shared Services or matrix environment.


  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.


  • Advanced financial modelling skills and experience with strategic planning frameworks.


  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.


  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and business intelligence tools.


  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, and financial systems


  • Passion for automation, systems optimisation, and continuous improvement.
