Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia's leading integrated logistics provider, is seeking an Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support FP&A activities. You will work closely with the Head of FP&A, gain hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, and help the team move toward more automated workflows.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, good communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Comfortable preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis and ad-hoc requests from business partners.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for the team.
• Organise and maintain team documentation, folders, and resources across Notion and Google Drive.
• Lead a key project to improve the team's way of working through automation and process improvement.
• Map out the team's current workflow and develop a more efficient future workflow.
• Champion new workflows and identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
