Job summary

You will drive end-to-end logistics readiness, coordinate with site operations and 3PL partners, analyze data to improve cost, speed, and quality, and report status to senior leadership while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field.
• Expertise in warehouse operations, compliance, and supplier governance with end-to-end accountability.
• Proficiency in SAP/TMS, inventory control, and performance metric tracking.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable decisions and sustained improvements.
• Technical proficiency in monitoring logistics KPIs and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments of materials, equipment, and finished goods.
• Lead logistics operation readiness and translate deal parameters into detailed physical logistics routings.
• Engage operation SMEs and 3PL, set up operation process, new capability landing.
• Manage risks, own the trajectory from NPI intake through full high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external logistics providers to optimize supply chain execution.
