Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct brief safety checks of the docked containers before unloading.
• Ensure safe working conditions before off-loading and report unsafe conditions immediately to the Team Leader.
• Carry out off-loading procedures as per established protocols.
• Assist Quality Inspectors in identifying quality deviations.
• Separate pallets with deviations and store them safely within the staging area.
• Prevent internal damages during pallet handling.
• Handle pallets carefully to avoid internal damages.
• Place pallets correctly and safely on shelves.
• Proactively identify and report technical issues in the rack system.
• Proactively identify and report safety issues in the rack system.
• Identify and report property damages proactively, including MHE damages, within the rack system.
• Ensure pallet loading is performed according to established procedures.
• Maintain efficient outfeed during loading processes.
• Proactively identify and report technical issues in the high-bay system.
• Use the capacity of empty containers as instructed by the Team Leader.
• Report damaged pallets promptly and place rework pallets in designated areas.
• Ensure efficient transfer location release as per Team Leader instructions.
• Proactively report storage area conditions.
• Follow instructions from the Team Leader to eliminate pallet traffic issues affecting the high bay.
• Assist in completing all tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
• Ensure pallets are allocated to correct locations via VMT scanning.
• Report quality discrepancies observed across the floor timely.
• Adhere to all processes and procedures consistently.
• Report any violations or deviations from policies promptly to the Team Leader.
• Practice a safety-first work culture.
• Report any incidents or disciplinary issues to your manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school education
• 1 year of relevant Forklift / Reach Truck operation experience in a warehouse within the supply chain
• Honest and clear communication skills
• Physically suitable for the role
• Proficiency in Malay and understanding of English

Work schedule: 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday, with two main shifts: morning (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and afternoon (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm). Night shifts are not scheduled unless workload increases unexpectedly.
