Job summary

PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking a Forklift Driver to support our consumer packing plant's warehouse and production operations. You will safely handle, load, unload and move raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key duties include transporting goods within plant and warehouse, conducting daily forklift inspections, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to FIFO and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent education required.
• Valid Forklift Driving License (FDL) / Forklift Competency Certificate.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or production.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or consumer packing operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently to transport materials, pallets, and finished products within the plant and warehouse.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and packaging materials as required.
• Transfer finished goods from production areas to designated storage locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report defects or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and handling of products to prevent damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures and stock movement records.
• Comply with FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices and warehouse management requirements.
• Adhere to company safety rules, GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in loading and dispatch activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Job description

About you
