Job summary

GREEN FUTURE BIOTECH SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a forklift operator to safely load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, inspect equipment, and ensure accurate stock movements, following safety regulations and company procedures.

The role requires reading labels, maintaining documentation, and working 6 days a week with potential overtime. Candidates should be physically fit and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
• Valid forklift certification or licence, where required by regulations.
• Knowledge of forklift safety procedures and proper material-handling techniques.
• Ability to read labels, follow instructions, and complete basic warehouse documentation.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related duties.
• Responsible, punctual, careful, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and stack goods or materials.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items to designated storage or production areas.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage, loss, or accidents.
• Assist with receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and documentation when moving materials.
• Conduct daily pre-operation forklift inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure aisles and work areas remain clear and safe.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and warehouse operating standards.
• Assist with stock counts and other warehouse duties when required.
• Report accidents, near misses, damaged goods, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Working hour: 6 days per week (7.00am - 4.30pm; 4.00pm - 1.00am)

**OT will be given if working hours exceeded 45 hrs/week.
