Job summary

A pharmaceutical company in Johor is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure efficient material handling and compliance with cGMP regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, along with the ability to operate forklifts and stackers. Responsibilities include unloading, storing materials, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. Training and certification in forklift operation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, preferably with a Certificate or Diploma.
• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Training and certification by a qualified trainer are required to operate forklifts and stackers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out unloading, receiving, and storing of materials in the warehouse.
• Manage raw and packaging materials according to production schedule.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the material storage area.

To perform routine activities of planning, transferring, and receiving goods in the warehouse with high productivity, ensuring compliance with all applicable cGMP requirements in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out unloading, receiving, orderly stacking or storing of materials in the warehouse.
• Manage raw and packaging materials efficiently according to production schedule, priority, and urgency.
• Process and transfer materials to production upon request via EMRRS.
• Acknowledge receipt of materials and arrange them onto designated racks at SPP Novo warehouse for production use.
• Assist in updating location ID after arranging materials onto racks.
• Support driving of VNA trucks in SPP Novo warehouse and strictly observe all safety regulations and instructions.
• Transfer materials to the staging area at SPP Novo and perform activities required at the dispensing area by observing standard operating procedures.
• Stop operations and inform a supervisor if any abnormalities or deviations are detected that could impact the identity, quality, purity, or efficacy of the product.
• Support routine cleaning activities at the staging area and warehouse after completing work.
• Maintain proper segregation, identification, and storage of goods in accordance with cGMP guidelines and Good Storage Practices.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the material storage area, ensuring proper storage locations for various goods and materials.
• Continuously improve the accuracy of all records and perform stock checks if necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Ability to understand, read, and write simple English.
