Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of robust experience in external or internal financial audit.
• Education: A recognized Professional Qualification (CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent). Possessing or currently pursuing a CFE certification is a distinct plus.
• Technical Skills: A strong, foundational grasp of financial reporting, standard audit methodologies, and internal controls.
• Attributes: Robust analytical mindset with strong professional skepticism.
• Communication: Exceptional report-writing skills and ability to translate complex financial issues for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigation & Analysis: investigate financial irregularities and potential fraud. Analyze financial statements and transactional data.
• Evidence Gathering: collect, organize, and analyze documentary evidence to support investigations.
• Financial Reconstruction: reconstruct events and transaction flows to quantify impacts and losses.
• Expert Reporting: prepare comprehensive investigation and expert reports for court use.
• Strategic Collaboration: collaborate with lawyers, internal teams, and external advisors on sensitive matters.
