About the role

Join our dynamic team at FARIN ENTERPRISE as a Foreman. In this full-time position based in Kuala Kangsar Perak, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of technicians and mechanics to complete repair and maintenance tasks in a timely and high-quality manner.
2. Monitoring workflow and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity.
3. Providing guidance and training to team members to develop their skills and ensure consistent standards of workmanship.
4. Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and manage their expectations.
5. Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used.
6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry.
2. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
3. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
4. Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with workshop management software.
