【Job Responsibilities】

  1. Providing assistance to a Sales Assistant Manager or above to help meet sales targets and ensure efficient sales activities.
  2. Learning from the Sales Manager while maintaining good communication and teamwork within the team.
  3. Maintaining contact with clients to foster good working relationships that increase sales and expand the customer base.
  4. Supporting and learning how to analyze the market, competitors, and the company itself.
  5. Supervising the activities of sales representatives and the team to meet sales targets.
  6. Supporting the development of solutions and sharing these solutions with the team through analysis.
  7. Taking proper actions based on approvals and instructions from management.
  8. Providing assistance to a Senior Sales Executive or above to help meet sales targets and ensure effective sales activities.
  9. Maintaining contact with clients to foster good relationships that increase sales and customer base.
  10. Communicating effectively with sales management to plan and develop sales strategies, as well as set and achieve goals and targets.
  11. Addressing issues related to pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolving customer complaints.
  12. Communicating clearly and delivering correct messages, including the company's directions to customers to ensure alignment with the company's decisions.
  13. Assisting in developing new markets.
